Hello! Today I am going to teach you how to play Clash of Clans offline with UCS!

    What you will Need:
    Ultrapowa Clash Server
A Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10 desk or laptop with an Internal or External Wireless Card
Virtual WiFi Router (VirusTotal for setup was 15/53 because of ad software offers. This is the installed file Total.)
Jailbroken iDevice or a Rooted Android device
    iFile (iOS)
    Hosts Editor (Android)

    How to do It:

    Step 1:
Assuming you know how to download, install, and run a program, Go ahead and do that now, but ONLY open 'Virtual Wifi Router'!

    Step 2:
    Go to an Internet-Free zone.

    Step 3:
Type in your desired Wifi Name, Password, and Maximum Peers (maximum number of connected clients), and click 'Start'

    Step 4:
    Open CMD
    [IMG]

    Step 5:
    Run 'ipconfig'

    Step 6:
((Go to the section named either 'iOS' or 'Android' depending on your OS))

    iOS:

    To connect to Wifi:

    Step 1:
Connect to the new network as you normally would

    Step 2:
    Press the little 'i'

    Step 3:
Change the connection type from DHCP to Static

    Step 4:
In the 'Router' field, type in the first 6 digits of the 'IP' field (including dots), followed by '2.1' ((XXX.XXX.2.1))

    Step 5:
In the 'DNS' field, type in 8.8.8.8
    [IMG]

    Step 6:
    Press '<Back' to save.

    To connect to UCS:

    Step 1:
    Open iFile

    Step 2:
    Navigate to '<root>/etc'

    Step 3:
Open the file named 'hosts' as text
    [IMG]

    Step 4:
Write down the only IP shown in CMD (NOT 255.255.0.0!!)

    Step 5:
Add the line '(ip you just wrote down) game.clashofclans.com', minus quotes, press 'return' (Very Important!!), then save

    FAQ:
    ((Awaiting Questions..))

    Notes:

Need Relevant Android Screenshots! Credits Given!
If you want to try patches don't forget to download the patch before be offline! ((Currently testing a method to do so!))
The Virtual router is just that, a virtual router, so it therefore generates its own IP for any device necessary to connect to, hence, no need you to have an internet connection.
Virtual WiFi router sometimes crashes when stopping on Windows 10, but still is successful stopping.
Android instructions need revised as I don't have an android device
This may NOT work if you have internet connection sharing on!
